Delivery and Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver a smooth, reliable experience from checkout to unboxing. This page explains processing times, shipping methods, tracking, costs, and how to resolve delivery issues. Policies apply to orders placed on www.mvendoria.fun and designated authorized resellers.

1. Processing Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm PT or on weekends/holidays process the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may require additional time.

Transit times begin after your order has shipped. Carrier delays, weather, or local conditions may extend delivery windows.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find tracking in your account’s order history. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update scan events.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship to the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses). Some products or carriers may not serve certain regions or PO Boxes.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your address, cart contents, and selected method. Promotions or free shipping offers (when available) are applied automatically.

6. Address Changes and Cancellations

To modify an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the address or stop the package with the carrier.

7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days so we can work with the carrier. For suspected loss, reach out if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days.

9. International Shipping

Availability varies by product and region. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and may be due at delivery.
